But in the competitive world, the man accustomed to the competitive lifestyle understood that it is very difficult to get rid of them because there are cheap and more productive vegetarian and meat foods everywhere, but there are very few farms grown organically in accordance with the laws of nature. dehydrated fruits & vegies
Our high-quality Sri Lankan dehydrated vegetables, fruits, and herbs with a shelf life of over 1 year are considered the best processed in Sri Lanka.
No sun drying, fuel, or gas is used in this process. Electricity is used indirectly and as the sole source of energy. Unlike other commercial methods of drying, the temperature range maintained throughout this process is very low. Therefore, there is no adverse effect on the nutritional and medicinal values.
When our dehydrated products are rehydrated by soaking in water (30 – 40 oC) for 20 to 40 minutes, they absorb water and produce the same original fresh product with all natural properties including color taste, and aroma even after 1 year of normal storage. A phenomenon is unachievable by other methods of commercial drying.
